QT#11: What is a serving size for fruits and vegetables?

The image says it all. Sometimes it’s not easy determining serving sizes (and atrocious hotel portions don’t help either!) so most of us try to make do with estimating sizes or just trusting our “gut feeling” (pun not intended). But both of these can result in bad judgment calls, so here’s an easy quick tip for today:
One serving of fruits and vegetables should fit within the palm of your hand.
