Absolutely, a hard-boiled boiled egg is probably the single-best compact source of complete protein you can find and best of all - it&#039;s easily portable (and storable - in a company refrigerator, for example - if you leave it in the shell).
The yolks are a little fatty but restricting yourself to just one a day while eating the whites from the other eggs would be a great idea! As always, don&#039;t worry too much about the cholesterol from a single yolk - food cholesterol has a much smaller impact on your body&#039;s cholesterol level than widely thought.

They&#039;re a good source of protein and the article I followed your link (12)to suggests the lutein in them is important too. I buy the Eggland&#039;s Best ones because they have the nutrients but have 25% less saturated fat than regular eggs.</description>
