Building Blocks of Childrens Nutrition: A free booklet

June
Parents of toddlers (under 2 years of age) listen up! Nestle’s JUICY JUICE has partnered with noted pediatrician and child nutrition expert Dr. Christine Wood to create a special nutrition guide for infants and toddlers, from ages 6 months to 2 years.
The booklet “Building Blocks of Children’s Nutrition” is full of guidelines and helpful advice on creating healthy eating habits to last a lifetime.
The booklet begins with a little quiz to test your nutrition knowledge and then moves on to cover topics like when to introduce solid foods, the building of healthy bones and teeth, healthy snacking and even answers the quintessential “what do i pack for day-care?” question.
It ends with an eye-opening list of foods you should never feed kids under 3 because they present a choking hazard (I knew about nuts and raw vegetables but you will find a much bigger list there)
